Cancellation Policy: We require a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. If you fail to provide this notice, fee will be non-refundable. However, if I have availability to reschedule within a certain timeframe, I may waive this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Policy: A square invoice must be settled prior to your session. To streamline the process, please complete payment 24 hours before your appointment. A square invoice will be sent to the email address you provided me for payment. The only exception is for EMDR and psychotherapy, which can be paid after the session concludes, which is automatically secured through the Headway Database.
Important Note: engaging in Spiritual Mentoring, Breathwork, or divinations, please note that I am not a healthcare provider. If you are in a client-therapist relationship for EMDR or psychotherapy, I will adhere to all HIPAA laws and guidelines. If you're a therapy client interested in additional services, we will discuss the implications of a dual relationship and determine, based on mutual consent, appropriateness of incorporating these modalities into your sessions.
