DEAR DANCE:THE MEDICINE WHEEL
DESCRIPTION
I will be offering a 6 session journey around the medicine wheel for women and those identified as feminine creatures. The one thing that I have found that has allowed me to move through these turbulent times, is dancing out all of the emotions and experiences
sitting dormant in my body and deeply connecting with my sacred vessel. This is held as a ceremony and a deep transmission takes place amongst women who want to weave a new story within a community of women. Because it’s a ceremony, giving a play by play of what will happen and what you will experience, cannot be done. Just know you need no dance experience. If you can wiggle your big toe, you are prepared. It’s fun, magical, and an offering to yourself, Spirit, and Mother Earth. You will come to know you truest wild nature. At this time, over zoom.

ANCESTOR ALTAR
DESCRIPTION
An Ancestor Altar is a place you create to honor and remember your ancestors. You may not realize it, but you create altars all the time. Most things we appreciate are in a set place with love and reverence, but often we forget to do this with our beloved dead. Western culture lost many of its traditions and rituals over time, so ancestor altars and staying in connection with them became a lost art. Bringing back this spiritual remembering, often shifts one’s sense of
belonging, connection to self and the natural world, and feeling part of a greater human whole.
This current workshop and ceremony is a mini version to understand some rules, traditions and different ways to make an altar. We will discuss the three types of ancestors, offerings, tending, and sharing with the community. It will be fun, interactive, and we will share our mini altars with each other during a blessing prayer in a ceremonial way.
Folks often report synchronicities, dreams, and flow enter their life and families after making ancestor altars.
Two Part Ceremony
Building the Bones: Friday, January 20th at 6:00- 8:00 pm pst
Blessing Prayer and Share w/ Community: Thursday, February 2nd 6:00- 8:00 pm pst
Held over zoom. This ceremony will not be recorded.

SACRED RITUAL
DESCRIPTION
Ritual is an artistic and a creative way to solve challenges or obstacles that won’t shift through other efforts or modalities of healing. It’s the most ancient way to heal and can create more lasting changes and complete things on several spiritual planes of reality. We often are healing ancestral, karmic or archetypal wounds when things feel dark or repetition patterns and situations keep showing up in one’s life. If you have tried many modalities, therapies, and energy work and haven’t gotten the results you’re seeking, radical ritual might be the medicine for the blessing, miracle, or sacred completion.
Because each person’s circumstances are unique to them, a divination and assessment is
needed to see if the work is in alignment with both myself, my ritual partner, and Spirit. If all parties are a go, then we can discuss the price, time commitment, and requirements to move forward.
